Shipping Policy

At Hair Tingz, we take pride in offering premium hair extensions and custom products made especially for you. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Pre-Order Notice

All Hair Tingz hair extensions and custom wigs are pre-order items.
This means your hair is ordered and processed only after payment is received. Payment is confirmed immediately after your order is placed, and processing begins right away. Each bundle or wig is sourced specifically for you to guarantee freshness and quality.

Please keep this in mind when planning for appointments or special occasions your hair will always be ordered once payment is confirmed.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipping.
Processing includes order verification, sourcing, and packaging. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Any orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will begin processing the following business day.

 

Shipping Time

After processing, shipping typically takes 1–4 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary during holidays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Hair Tingz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hair Tingz, every order is prepared with care and quality in mind. Because our products are custom-ordered and sourced per client request, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy helps maintain the integrity, hygiene, and quality of our hair products and ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched extensions and wigs.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hairtingzco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). Our team will review the situation and work quickly to resolve it.

 

Custom & Pre-Order Items

All custom wigs and pre-order hair are non-refundable and final sale, as each order is placed and sourced specifically for you after payment is received.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Hair Tingz is not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where possible.
